Technical Representative - Switzerland

We're searching for a Technical & Merchandising Representative for Switzerland to join our Sales team in Zurich, Switzerland.

You’ll be supporting the Wholesale Sales team to deliver account revenue & growth in assigned territories/accounts by:

  • Managing customer relationships mainly with floor staff & managers and buyers
  • Effectively increasing our brand presence in-store, increase sell-through & replenishment
  • In-store sales support and animations (VKU), several Saturdays in high peak season
  • Delivering the marketing systems that drive retail sell-through success, and
  • Working closely with our Key Account partners to ensure consistency and quality of merchandising in store
  • Pro-actively supporting on retail managed spaces, providing expertise in VM

We are searching for someone fulfilling those criteria:

  • A relevant secondary qualification (e.g. commercial apprenticeship) or tertiary qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Commerce or Business)
  • Equivalent of 2-3 years’ tech rep/marketing account management experience, ideally for an outdoor apparel wholesaler
  • Fluent in Swiss German, French and English (ideally)
  • Outstanding customer service standards
  • Proven merchandising abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional relationship building and management skills and motivation to meet targets
  • Strong problem solving capability and skill
  • Great time-management and prioritizing skills and experience delivering to deadlines
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
