This role will primarily focus on Amazon. The role will be based in either our Portland, OR or our Vancouver, BC office.

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale Sales – North America, you'll be responsible for delivering budgeted revenue & margin targets by effectively managing all aspects of the Amazon platform along with 1-2 other strategic online accounts. You will work closely with the Head of Wholesale, Head of E-commerce and the inventory team to ensure the icebreaker customer experience is in-line with brand strategy. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the key strategies that drive sell-through success, deliver on key KPI’s and strengthen our brand presence with our online partners.

 Stuff you’ll know how to do:

  • Provide outstanding end to end account management to our online partners 
  • Drive incremental sales growth with established online partners
  • Identify risks and opportunities in the online sales world
  • Identify and understand online, in particular Amazon, strategies, operations and shoppers
  • Being a Brand Ambassador with personal style who is drawn in by our story and inspired by the authenticity and uniqueness of our brand.

 Skills you’ll have:

  • Relevant Amazon-specific experience (internal or as vendor partner) directly related to this role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Insight, and a high level of commercial acumen and sound judgment
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong problem solving capability and skill
  • Great time-management and prioritizing skills and experience delivering to deadlines
