This role based in our European Regional Office in Starnberg, Bavaria, Germany reports virtually to the Global Head of eCom Platform, and ensures to take the lead on Searchandizing, Merchandizing and the ongoing maintenance of site storefronts for assigned sites/markets.

This role will also

  • support the seasonal launch efforts through product creation support and content update support, and
  • own the site configuration, preference setup, and content library setup for the EU and UK websites, and also have a general understanding and knowledge of all other areas of business manager setup for the EU and UK sites.

 Stuff you know how to do:

·   Equivalent of 1 to 2 years’ experience in eCom site coordination, with multi-market experience preferred

·   Experience with eCom KPIs

·   Exceptional relationship management skills

·   Strong problem solving capability and skills

·   Strong project management capability and skills

·   High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·   Highly proficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

·   Verbal and written fluency in English

·   Experience in ticketing/bug reporting systems such as Jira or Bugzilla

·   Experience in web platform software such as Demandware, Magento, or BigCommerce.

Experience with html, css, and xml import/export functions is a plus.
