In this newly defined role as Global HR Systems & Reporting Analyst, you will have a knack for HR systems, data analysis and reporting and enjoy making sure the details are correct.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR Services and based in our Head Office in Auckland, New Zealand you will be responsible for administering, maintaining, continuously improving and optimising our online HR systems, including our core HR system SuccessFactors, and our online hiring system, Jobvite. You will also be developing and delivering our suite of HR reports and surveys to deliver the insights to our business leaders need to make sound decisions and optimise their team’s performance.  This position will also be responsible for maintaining our Global Pay & Benefits frameworks and managing our relationships with our external salary benchmark survey providers.

Your cv reads like this:

  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline coupled with 5-6 years’ of practical experience in HR data analysis and/or reporting
  • Systems thinker and problem solver with extensive experience administering and continuously improving and optimising HR processes and systems, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Analytical mindset - naturally analytical to manipulate and translate complex data in to meaningful reports/insights/presentations
  • Intellectual curiosity and high degree of personal drive and proactivity to present recommendations and solutions to known and new problems
  • Advanced MS Office capabilities across the Microsoft office suite including Excel and PowerPoint, and preferably MS Sharepoint
  • Experience writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of HR and Payroll database and data warehouse queries and reports, preferably using the SuccessFactors Analytics tool
  • Experience ensuring HR system data integrity, testing HR system changes and upgrades (Dev, Test, Prod) and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities
