From pre-order solutions to after the sale service, our business can be a bit complicated, and we’re looking for exceptional, service-minded individuals who love to make people’s lives easier. We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for our operations in Salt Lake City, UT. We have 5 different shifts to choose from.
As a CSR, you will be:
Handling all inbound calls, placing orders, counsel customers on recommended product applications, answer customers inquiries on shipping, order status, billing questions, returns, and cancellations.
Investigate customer concerns and make appropriate decisions (within guidelines) for credits.
Contribute to a decrease in Custom Brands Group overall returns with effective use of problem-solving skills.
Key faxed orders as needed.
Ensure all customers, both internal and external are treated with the respect and excellence required by Custom Brands Group.
You are qualified if:
Customer Service experience in a call center a plus but not required.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and computer skills are required.
Candidate must have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Candidate must have knowledge of Word and Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
Are 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
Are legally eligible to work in the United States
Have a naturally positive, service minded attitude.
Can pass a drug screen and background check.
