Acceptable Training and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a substitute of 3-4 years project management experience.
  • 3 plus years of experience leading projects.  
  • 3 plus years of specialized process improvement experience.  
  • Prefer professional certifications related to Project Management (PMP, CAPM, Agile/CSM,

Job Summary

Works within the business to break down Customer Support business processes into specific steps to eliminate redundancy, build efficiencies, and increase the quality of the customer experience. Drives the execution of Customer Support projects from charter to completion, keeping to schedule.  Prior to the launch of a project, conducts discovery work to ensure all developmental tasks have been identified, including interviews with frontline employees, customers, and consumers to gather and analyze information.

 Job Details

  • Provide project management services, working with functional groups to ensure that their projects are following development guidelines that phase gate reviews are held, and that appropriate documentation is provided. 
  • Facilitate regular meetings for key projects.  Prepare detailed project status reports, as well as periodically prepare project and product presentations.
  • Work with all stakeholders to hold team members accountable to meeting project deadlines.  Integrate all project timelines into a master schedule. Facilitate timely completion of projects, adhering to outlined cost and scope requirements.
  • Effectively document, define, and continuously improve processes.
  • Conduct business/task-specific research, analyze data, interpret results, make recommendations and implement changes to procedures.
  • Develop the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Job Aid procedure documents relating to policy and procedures.
  • Champion ideas and suggestions to simplify and improve work processes, working across the entire Customer Support group, including but not limited to, Customer Support in Cumberland, Sacramento, Temple, Broomfield, and Canada.
  • Continuously provide high levels of customer service, support and proactive involvement to customers, leadership and peers.
  • Actively respond to requests, questions, or comments concerning the team and assigned responsibilities, making decisions based on project goals.
  • Utilize best practices and techniques for addressing customer concerns.

Solid knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word

Solid knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint

Solid knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Solid knowledge and proficiency with Visio and/or LucidChart

Solid knowledge and proficiency in management of project documentation

Solid knowledge of process improvement skills

Solid knowledge of problem solving skills

Solid knowledge and experience working in Salesforce, SAP, and ININ

Solid knowledge of all product lines within the company

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with members of the department, customers, and representatives of other departments within the company.
