Position at Turnils North America LLC

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, validate and submit bi-weekly payroll for multi divisions
  • Process manual checks as needed
  • Coordinate with department Managers to close employee time records
  • Verify and maintain vacation accruals, sick and personal time allocations
  • Collect banking information for employee direct deposit
  • Prepare all supplemental payrolls i.e. year end adjustments and bonuses
  • Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll
  • Input new hires, personnel changes in to the HRIS system
  • Process all terminations in the HRIS system
  • Maintain and document all payroll records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
  • Prepare payroll reports for finance department
  • Assist with broader HR duties and responsibilities

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll
  • CPP certification preferred
  • Familiar with UltiPro or seminal HRIS software
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachments
