We are currently seeking a Coordinator for the Estimating Department in the Commercial Division at our main office in McKinney, TX. This position is an entry level position that requires a person who takes responsibility, is detail oriented and can bring high energy for customer service with them to work every day. As part of our team, you will play an important role in providing our customers with the right information about our products and service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Submit substitution request packets in advance of bids
  • Submit submittal packets upon request
  • Review communications from architects and general contractors
  • Manage the Master Bid List by keeping it up to date with information as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to professionally communicate via email and phone
  • Will need to be self-motivated and able to effectively work with little supervision
  • Strong Microsoft Office & G Suite skills a plus
  • Handle multiple projects successfully with occasional interruptions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well within a team setting
