Hunter Douglas, a world-wide, leading manufacturer of Window Coverings, is looking a Customer Service Representative. Organized/detail oriented, analytical, and a problem solver with great people skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order entry, order confirmation, problem resolution, respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.                      

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Provide optimum customer service to all accounts.
  • Enter and confirm sales orders.
  • Create and process paperwork for return and repair orders.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and e-mails.
  • Track shipments.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong customer service and telephone skills.
  • Excellent skills in computer software including, Word and Excel.
  • Effectively work in a team environment.
  • Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • SAP a plus.

 

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
