The Opportunity 

Hult International Business School seeks impactful teachers to train and launch the next generation of international business leaders. Specifically, we seek Adjunct faculty for our graduate programs in Business Analytics at our campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The successful candidate has a proven record of facilitating excellent student experiences. Even more important is the candidate’s demonstrated willingness to improve teaching practices and to innovate new tools and techniques to achieve student learning objectives. Finally, the candidate should desire to join our community with an explicit desire to improve all aspects of the Hult educational experience, including those outside of the classroom.  

Expected Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated knowledge and teaching experience in at least one of the following areas: Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Visualization with different tools, Python, Data Management & SQL, Data Engineering, R Programming, and/or Machine Learning.
• Must be able to teach to large groups of internationally diverse students at the university level. A Hult classroom with 65 students might represent 40 different nationalities.
• Professional experience in analytics is highly desirable to bring direct, relevant business practice into the classroom.

Students are awarded a joint U.S. and U.K. degree on successful completion of the program. The U.K. degree is awarded by the Ashridge (Bonar Law Memorial) Trust, known as Ashridge, with which Hult has a strategic alliance.
