HTC’s Enterprise Business Unit is shaping the future of the VR industry and the possibilities are limitless. With a series of new products set to launch over the next year, we are looking for an AVP Enterprise Sales, Americas. This individual will have ownership over managing sales and distribution relationships in order to achieve defined business goals. This position reports to the General Manager of the Americas Region. A successful candidate is a person who understands the business drivers that are critical to B2B sales and can articulate this in a way that forms a strategic vision and tactical plan against which the sell-through can be mobilized in support.

Your Impact:

  • Responsible for sales & distribution relationships in the VR B2B space
  • Responsible for distribution strategy, partner development and product transaction success
  • Strategic execution and tactical planning follow-through (sell-through)
  • Management and execution of Americas’ region Enterprise sales and pipeline activities toward aggressive goals
  • Collaborate with the regional executive team to define the regional VR Enterprise strategy, business models, distribution models and overall business success in the enterprise space
  • Management of direct customer engagements with B2B customers, LARS, VARS and strategic partners
  • Creation of engagement programs with US region B2B channels including the formation of programs, mobilization of resources, and execution
  • Escalation point of field issues specific to sales engagements with business customers
  • Work with internal product, engineering, and support teams toward supporting sales efforts in both direct to end user and channel sourced distribution models
  • Drive day-to-day metrics of activity toward revenue generation and pipeline development/growth in the region
  • Strategic owner in forming team and individual goals toward driving aggressive revenue targets
  • Will be part of a growing team that will require being responsible for following through on both individual business and team goals
  • Up to 50% travel to partner and customer sites as well as industry events

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years’ experience managing high performing sales teams especially in the field of consulting and/or services
  • Deep knowledge of sales force and CRM tracking / documentation toward clear pipeline planning
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Deep understanding of both direct and indirect enterprise sales models
  • Knowledge of total solution sales inclusive of Hardware, software, tools and platform
  • Ability to operationalize, implement, and measure strategic Enterprise plans
  • Collaborative management style and can gather resources together quickly and effectively to produce win-win results
  • Ability to present a polished and professional presence with a customer-centric mentality
  • Virtual reality (VR) and/or high end graphics experience is highly desired
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
  • This position will need an astute cultural sensitivity and the flexibility and ability to work effectively within a globally-run environment
  • Consultative and/or solutions selling skills and experience managing teams focused on this area is a must
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to bring together and teams and drive results
  • Ability to work with diverse teams across regions and communicate across cultures
