Position at Hill+Knowlton Strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and platforms and innovation solutions across multi digital disciplines (Social Media, GDN, Content Creation, Influencer programmes, website/microsites)
  • Participate in brainstorms to create platform ideas and deliver execution based on ideas generated
  • Develop storyboards for video content and execute ideas with motion graphic capabilities
  • Well verse in design principles, compositions and layouts
  • Well verse and/or a native user of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, WeChat, Tik Tok, Bigo
  • Understand the latest trends in ecommerce, influencers, social media and technology
  • Understand the campaign and consumer pathway and participate in creating and developing ideas and tactics to push our consumers down the journey
  • Work alongside account leads to manage the delivery of a range of digital marketing work, including social media, influencer, content marketing, campaign microsites, and other digital marketing performance initiatives
  • Collaborate with other team members from account management, creative, content, and PR to deliver and exceed client expectations on campaigns and projects that we undertake
  • Able to work independently and manage the project efficiently on both your timeline and the team’s
  • Ensure that all visuals and creative produced are of a high standard and adhere to guidelines of the brand
  • A creative problem solver and a self-starter

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Designer
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Experience Design, InDesign, Premier Pro) and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Ability to use After Effects is a huge plus
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in graphic/digital design and/or advertising
  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B marketing context is a must
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across digital, social and influencer work
  • Has the eye for design aesthetics and is constantly up to date on the latest trends
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written  
  • High response quotient in written communications
  • Experience with CMS, HTML and CSS and advantage
  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • A highly motivated individual with a positive temperament
  • Willingness to learn and an ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Degree or Diploma in related fields
