Senior Executive / Manager, PR & Influence  

H+K Singapore is looking for an experienced PR and Influence Manager who has a daring spirit  

to be different, and will be responsible for performing end to end integrated marketing  

communications, driving media coverage, developing influencer programmes for campaigns,  

crafting high quality content and managing issues and crisis.  

This is an opportunity with growth and development areas. You will play an important role in the  

creation and delivery of the digital team’s portfolio of lifestyle and healthcare accounts. The position  

will work closely with the Digital Director and PR Director on the successful implementation of  

integrated communication strategy, working across projects, campaigns and events. This role will  

also give you an opportunity to get into new business development, and farming of current clients.

Experienced in collaborating with digital and PR teams  

Well organised, detail-oriented and methodical  

Takes pride in getting the best work possible out for internal stakeholders and external  

clients  


Always pushing the boundaries in the integrated marketing communication space  

Responsibilities  



Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies locally and regionally  

Cultivating relationships with key spokespeople and influencers; working closely with local  

and international media, individuals and other organisations,  

Strategizing, researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media  

Collating and analysing media coverage to inform strategy  




Writing and editing case studies, speeches, articles and reports to support client's  

communication mandate  




Understanding the landscape and developing business leads within an efficient and  

effective framework  

Develop strategic thinking, development of strategic communications plans and writing,  

editing and design of communications tools and publications  

Be a leader/manager of integrated marketing project, with end-to-end responsibility for the  

delivery as well as achievement of objectives and measurable results  

Align communications practices with business goals and client KPIs/milestones  

Develop and present proposals, pitches and new business meetings in partnership with a  

director  





Analyse research findings, prepare and present insights for projects with recommendations  

Facilitate brainstorms and content development workshops with internally PR and digital  

team as well as with clients  






Develop and implement integrated communication strategy and plans independently and  

effectively  

Generate content including: presentations; printed materials; by-liners, video and digital  

media scripts, influencer briefing documents, for further creative development  

Understand and articulate a clear client brief and conduct project debriefs - both with client  

and project teams  

Research, documenting and sharing key learnings and insights to internal and clients  

teams within the project development process  

Demonstrates leadership in motivating team members and efficient team management in  

applying resources  






Requirements  




Tertiary degree in marketing or communications  

4 to 6 years of account and PR agency experience  

Strong showcase of ability to managed a wide range of PR projects, including integrated  

marketing campaigns, content development and social with a high degree of success and  

independence  




Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage high profile projects within a client  

organisation guided by agency approaches and models  

Possess great Singapore and Asia media contacts and demonstrated ability to  

successfully pitch stories to journalists  

Strong showcase of work on influencer campaigns and demonstrate understanding of how  

to work with influencers locally and internationally  



Strong written and verbal communication skills  

Perform effectively under pressure of meeting deadlines without sacrificing professional  

standards  


Be able to troubleshoot and develop solutions for day-to-day problems
