Digital Manager

 

H+K Singapore is looking for an experienced Digital Manager to join our team.

 

You will help us use web technologies to achieve business growth goals, identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness for our diverse clientele.

 

If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve client experience, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be creative and comfortable working with a team and effectively communicate with clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse data, market report and trends to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients
  • Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives
  • Produce creative and strategic plans to bring success to campaigns
  • Generate original ideas with other members of the team
  • Present findings to senior staff members and clients
  • Identify potential problems and devise ways to rectify them
  • Monitor the success of the campaign as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary and analyzing the results
  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • 4 – 6 years of experience and proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client in an agency environment
  • A good knowledge of both traditional and digital/social media and how strategy planning influences it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills in English
  • Analytical thinking and able to apply creative solutions/research findings to business challenges
  • The ability to make complex subjects understandable
  • The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work
  • The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload
