Risk & Compliance Analyst
HighPoint professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Risk & Compliance Analyst contributes to HighPoint by conducting organizational analyses to design and improve systems and procedures, streamline work processes, develop operational documentation, and support performance metrics to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations.
  • Aligns program controls with CMS security and governance requirements.
  • Supports CMS ISTP risk management, QASP compliance, and performance reporting.
  • Design systems and procedures.
  • Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:  
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Ability to determine which assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:    
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • 2-8 years of experience.
