Revenue Manager - Hewing Hotel

Sales Minneapolis, Minnesota

Aparium Hotel Group is looking for a Revenue Manager to lead the revenue strategy at the Hewing Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Hewing Hotel is located in Minneapolis’ vibrant North Loop neighborhood, more commonly known as the Warehouse District, joining cultural stalwarts Traffic Zone Center for Visual Arts and Target Field, home to baseball’s Minnesota Twins. With easy access to all interstates as well as Minneapolis’ Metro Transit Blue Line and North Star Commuter Rail, The Hewing sits at the literal crossroads of the Twin Cities.

While Minneapolis presents a plethora of hospitality options, none tap into the local culture to create importance and significance beyond the business traveler. The Hewing occupies the historic Jackson Building, originally built in 1897, at the gateway to the Warehouse District, immediately tying it to local culture like no other competitor. Its destination restaurant and bar compete head-to-head with Minneapolis’ best and the rooftop Social Club should quickly become a premiere destination for the neighborhoods progressive citizens and the hotel’s out-of-town guests.

Managed by Aparium Hotel Group, the hotel experience is driven by the brand pillars of translocal hospitality, collaboration and intuitive service. The powerful culmination of these elements creates a truly unique environment.

Aparium’s service culture is rooted in the belief that art and science are necessary to curate the guest experience. The art of the experience comes together through the power of people, place and character. The science is embedded throughout our standards and training resources. This creates a powerful service experience that enhances every guest interaction.

The Revenue Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of strategic and tactical pricing, yield and inventory management to maximize room revenue, market share and profitability for the hotel. Focus on optimizing the mix of channels and customers to deliver optimal profit contribution by guest.
