Job Description:
  • Engage clients and families with warmth, patience and dignity
  • Build a personal relationship with each client
  • Offer 5-star service and a resort-level cleanliness and meal preparation to clients
  • Effectively communicate changes in client condition to the Client Care Manager
  • Maintain accurate, required paperwork and turn into the office timely
  • Deliver impeccable customer service at every level, in every interaction with clients
  • The ability to look for and deliver moments of hospitality

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years previous Homecare experience or C.N.A. required
  • Proven history of excellent customer service (measured in the interview)
  • Proven knowledge of exceptional cleanliness standards (measured in the interview)
  • Proven knowledge of elevated meal planning and preparation (measured in the interview)
  • 85% score or higher on the Skills Test given by Client Care Manager
  • Positive, professional attitude and approachable demeanor
  • Willingness to work extended shifts (6+ hours daily) to provide consistency for clients
  • Ability to become CPR certified

Education:
3+ years previous Homecare experience or C.N.A. required
