Assistant Product Marketing Manager – The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a motivated and welcoming team in a fast-paced, challenging yet exciting work environment. Supporting the management of health and well-being products across Europe and Africa, you will help oversee and drive innovative product development and marketing initiatives from initial concept to launch. This will involve working closely with colleagues across multiple departments on all things product-related, from product features & benefits to pricing, positioning and launches.
You will liaise with local in-country marketing teams to gather market research data along with competitor activity to inform product feasibility studies. You will help design product launch plans including online and offline product messaging, analyse results and evaluate effectiveness. You will also take responsibility for continuous improvement of our high-quality product range.
Assistant Product Marketing Manager – Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you have marketing experience gained in a Europe-wide role, preferably in nutrition supplements, ingredients or foodstuff. Experience in product management, B2B or B2C marketing and product launches is desirable but not a requirement.
You'll need to be comfortable analysing data and putting that knowledge to use. You will be adept at working with a diverse team and skilled at influencing key stakeholders and communicating your ideas. You encourage collaborative working and have a strong desire to learn.
This is a part-time role covering two days a week, involving a job-share with another Assistant Product Marketing Manager.
