Senior Manager, Sales Development & Promotions Strategy – Europe and Africa.
Herbalife are currently recruiting for an exciting new role in our Sales Development and Promotions team, your remit will be to deliver increased sales growth by analysing Member and Customer lifecycles and journeys to recommend best practice for Member development, as well as sales and marketing activities.
As the Senior Manager, you will analyse Member lifecycle & journeys to identify opportunities for improved business development as well as design promotion mechanisms to drive sales. You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure growth initiatives and promotions are a part of the systematic training on offer for Members and help manage multi-million budgetary spend for sales initiatives.
As well as the promotions remit, important will be the ability to work with senior Member stakeholders to support the growth and usage of effective business activities which are members use to attract customers and Members.
We are looking for someone inquisitive and proactive, who can explore our members behaviour and look for the opportunities in the data, the gaps and our options for driving further sales.
You must have extensive sales management / business development experience and be used to working with insight to develop sales and promotion plans.
Highly analytical, you will be methodical, skilled at prioritising and comfortable building strong working relationships across a geographically diverse business. You will also have a good understanding of how to build high performing sales teams and implement knowledge sharing systems.
