Compliance Advisor (English & Polish speaker)

About the role:
As a Compliance Advisor, you will educate and coach Independent Members on the Herbalife Member Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan, the terms and conditions of the Herbalife Membership Application, and Agreement and regulatory requirements. You will also promote an ethical and fair environment in which Herbalife products may be distributed. You will protect Herbalife’s intellectual property rights, thereby protecting Herbalife’s Independent Members, the Customers, and the brand and image of the company. You will provide both staff and Members with timely and accurate answers on all Members Business Practices & Compliance queries.


In this role you will:

  • Provide guidance to Members so they can promote their businesses in a manner that is correct, ethical, and fair.
  • Responsible for the overall file handling procedure includes but is not limited to research, investigation, documentation as well as oral/written/face-to-face communication with Herbalife Members and possibly external parties.
  • Be knowledgeable and updated with the Herbalife Member Rules of Conduct, Business Marketing Plan, Herbalife’s intellectual property rights.
  • Perform proactive research in order to minimize potential violations related to members’ business activities.
  • Effectively utilize applicable databases, the internet, and internal and external sources to perform various systems and other research.
  • Interact and communicate professionally with various departments, Members, and customers.
  • Support and participate in training and other corporate activities.
  • Attend and support Member and corporate events.
  • Conduct proactive Internet-based research, investigative research.
  • Conduct deep dives; provide analysis and recommended actions plan on the opened investigations.
  • Monitor activities in Social Media and identify behavioral trends.
  • Analyze suspicious activity, evaluate risk and send alerts to relevant teams.
  • Assist the Member Policy Administration team with the roll-out and updating of Rules and Advisories as required.


Our Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a service-oriented industry,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette,
  • Fluent in English and Polish,
  • Strong fact-finding skills and excellent follow-through skills,
  • Ability to accurately, clearly, and completely relate details,
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately and precisely summarize and present key information,
  • Ability to solve practical problems and organize workload for effective implementation under general supervision,
  • The high degree of flexibility in order to function under varied timelines,
  • The ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment.
