Formulate modern people strategies and HR programs that strengthen the organization’s performance, culture, engagement, and talent management.
Guide the process of implementing the organization’s core values and integrate these into the workplace culture. Ensure core values are built into the fabric of the organization’s structure, processes, rewards, metrics, and talent management practices.
Provide organizational design solutions that enable the employees to offer excellent service to customers, leaders to offer great work environments, and all organizations to have the capability to drive operational excellence.
Develop effective communication strategies helping ensure organization-wide clarity, alignment, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Provide coaching and management tools to help leaders enable a positive, highly engaged, and results-oriented culture.
Build the company’s competitive advantage by attracting and acquiring the best talent in the market and building a strong employment brand.
Develop leadership, mentoring and succession planning programs that build the talent bench strength and broaden developmental and advancement opportunities.
Where will you work? The SVP of People Strategy & Culture Transformation role will be based at Autocar, our heavy duty custom truck company in Birmingham, AL.
