As the VP of Regional Sales, you will you will lead a team of highly motivated and skilled sales professionals. You will develop, lead, and manage all aspects of the sales strategy, people, and process as it pertains to fleet customers. You will be part of a dynamic sales organization representing a superior product. You will be responsible for supporting our Sales efforts at all levels within the territory, and executing strategies both individually and also within a team approach on specific conquest areas. You will visit predetermined accounts and share the Autocar value proposition, our service and parts' benefits in an effort to support existing accounts and concert Legacy accounts; selling direct to the end user. This role will be focused on profitable growth and increased market share of this rapidly growing business sector.
Where will you work? This position will be based in our West Region, AZ, CA, WA, CO.
