Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule and coordinate interview logistics, help manage our Applicant Tracking System, and provide candidates with white glove treatment as they make their way through the entire interview and onboarding process.

Your Mission
 Own the coordination and interview logistics of all candidate interviews with hiring teams across the company, providing a world class experience. Develop and distribute interview packets, candidate overviews, agendas, applications, directions and evaluations

 Be a trusted member of the Talent Acquisition team making a positive impact utilizing your relationship-building skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with candidates

 Oversee, schedule and coordinate relocation and Raving Fans Orientation

 Manage key talent acquisition systems including assessment, applicant tracking, onboarding, and sourcing systems

 Partner with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to make sure candidates have a smooth transition from candidate to employee

 

Position Description

Responsible for coordinating travel arrangements as needed for candidates, creating job postings, offer letters and preparing job offer packets, conducting background and drug checks, processing onboarding paperwork.  Support employee referral program and processes.  Process weekly and monthly reports as needed. Respond to various inquiries from the talent acquisition team and/or candidates.  Work on special projects as assigned.

 

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to navigate and learn complex internal software.
  • Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organization and proofing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage own workflow with minimal supervision.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain integrity of confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to develop improvement recommendations and implement solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and find the most efficient solution to problems quickly
  • Demonstrated level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint at the Intermediate or Advanced levels required
