Guidewire is looking for a Talent Branding Manager to refine and lead our employer branding efforts for the America’s Region. This is a high impact role requiring extraordinary partnering skills with EMEA Talent Branding Manager to execute recruiting and sourcing strategies, influence partners, provide insight into talent market to take the best approach, and deliver results. We are at an exciting point in our employer brand journey. We are looking for a seasoned expert to join us showcase the unique differentiators about Guidewire’s culture and employee experience while activating across all prospective candidate touchpoints in order to build on the existing foundation and bring its vision to life.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement employer brand strategy for the America’s Region
• Partner with EMEA Talent Branding Manager in building out global employer brand messaging, strategies, campaigns and across specific talent segments (diversity, tech, students)
• Assist in rolling out the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) internally and externally across various channels and candidate touchpoints, with a focus on key talent segments
• Lead career site strategy, including enhancements, build out of additional content/pages, and measurement
• Create and report on Social Media effectiveness analytics and other recruitment analytics
• Weigh in on conference and event strategy (i.e. booth design, candidate engagement, social media, marketing collateral)
• Design and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies for always-on and ad hoc paid media campaigns, including social media, display advertising, search engine marketing and sponsored jobs
• Provide guidance on job board and platform partnerships
• Drive and execute Best Places to Work campaigns
• Establish and monitor KPIs to determine effectiveness of marketing activities, and make recommendations for optimization
• Manage content strategy and distribution plan development
• Partner closely with experienced hire recruiting leads and diversity recruiting strategy and campus recruiting team, to understand hiring priorities and challenges, and how they can be supported by recruitment marketing efforts
• Bring recommendations for additional technologies, tools and platforms to Talent Acquisition leadership

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in designing, planning and executing employer branding activities; recruitment marketing
• Experience with scaling branding programs, and an understanding of how talent markets behave
• Extensive knowledge of talent and recruiting landscape
• Strong experience with social media advertisement, channels and strategies
• Extensive experience leveraging digital and social channels to reach a desired audience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work productively with a variety of people
• Flexibility to handle changing market conditions and workload under tight deadlines
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
