Guidewire began with thorough research into the challenges faced by today's claims organizations and into the information systems currently used to manage claims.

We have an immediate requirement for a Sales Operations Data Analyst to join the Sales Operations team based in our Edina offices. The successful candidate will be required to support the Customer Account Management team and our Marketing Insights team with data research, entry, and analysis in support of our Guidewire Data Initiative project (“GDI”).

 

Role Responsibilities

  • GDI program / Customer Success Tool
    • Assist with the collection, curation and cleansing of data inputs and sources in Salesforce (and other tools)
    • Familiarize self with current/ideal processes to participate in user acceptance testing and review
    • Help with change management, documentation and training

 

  • Reports & Dashboards – Renewals / ARR
    • Capturing the status, stage and financial impact of renewals against the projected ARR
    • Keep data up to date and build out a dashboard for Sales / CAM management review
    • Provide metrics on individual CAM progress toward completion goals

 

  • CAM / CAM Mgmt. Support
    • Assist with collecting and curating individual CAM feedback on topics as requested
    • Requesting CAM client contacts and consolidating input into a usable distribution list (examples of current items in progress for context)
      • NPS Survey recipients
      • Cloud marketing campaign series
      • Product management role observations for Hawaii
      • Data management survey
    • Provide email templates for CAMs to send to customers on specific topics, initiatives and/or updates that are either requested by various departments and/or encouraged due to relevance
    • Update / create PowerPoint slides, templates and other documentation for internal and external use 
    • Provide and implement recommendations to on creating a more streamlined and efficient processes
    • Support CAMs with administrative items (ex: Community Access Requests, update customer contact info, etc.)

 

  • References
    • Assist with the recommendations of matching fulfillments based on reports/dashboards available in Salesforce (i.e. Products, Versions, R/Y/G status) and other outside sources (GPS, PS-help) for RFP & sales requests.

Note: CAM team will make decision on references to pursue based on research provided

  • Run open reference report on a weekly basis and follow up with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Work with helpdesk to fix outstanding issues in salesforce fields / notification emails
  • Assist marketing with adding analyst requests, Connections speakers, customer stories, press releases etc. so we have one area for tracking a customers’ level of advocacy

 

Skills Required:

  • Extensive MS Office software skills are required (Excel a top priority; PowerPoint; Word)
  • Prior Salesforce experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Ability to communicate with senior executives and team members


Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Finance) or three or more years of experience
