Job Requirements
3-5 years experienced Corporate Associate, with significant experience with M&A (public or private), venture capital, securities offerings, SEC compliance, corporate governance and general corporate representations.  Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills, be willing to take on substantial responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product, and be diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented, and admitted to the Massachusetts bar.

Greenberg Traurig's Corporate Practice focuses on the business objectives of our clients.
