Description

The Financial Institutions Group; an establish, nationally recognized, team oriented financing practice has an immediate need for a senior associate.  Qualified candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in asset based financing transactions, middle market and larger cash flow, preferably representing arrangers, agents, and lenders.  Experience in a large law firm is preferred.  Candidates much have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.  In addition, candidates should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.  Interested candidates should submit their resume, and cover letter online through the GT website.
