General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a Administrative Assistant for our Collections Department. This role corresponds verbally and in writing with debtors in an effort to collect the balance due and/or secure payment arrangements. You will also provide administrative support to the collections team by posting new accounts, preparing correspondence, filing,running reports and providing outstanding customer service.
To be considered for this role you should have at least one year of collections or accounts receivable experience. Successful candidates must be adaptable to change and have an easy going attitude. You must thrive in a structured environment and be intensely focused on meeting deadlines. We’re looking for a quick learner with an intense curiosity level for how things work. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.
