RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Process new hire paperwork.
- Conduct background, credit and driving reports.
- Schedule pre-employment drug screens.
- Maintain available positions listing and organizational charts for the NC Region.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and distribute applications to appropriate properties.
- Provide support to all employees with regards to human resources forms, records, insurance questions and Company policy and procedures.
- Assists and ensures that all personnel related forms which are submitted to accomplish hiring, promotions, salary changes, terminations, transfers and all other actions are processed in a timely manner for compliance with GSC policies and procedures.
- Recruit for 17 apartment communities in the Triangle area.
