Administrative Assistant (Accounting)
Are you looking to be a part of a successful team? General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the accounting department. This role will work on a variety of tasks such as organizing, and distributing invoices, printing statements of deposits, preparing checks for mailing, and maintaining paid invoice files.
To be considered for this role you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year in an office environment. Successful candidates should be well organized and be able to multi task. You must thrive in a structured environment and be intensely focused on meeting deadlines. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and have strong technical skills.
