What is it really like to work in this role? Written by a current Exec in the team;

I have been working as an Media Reporting Analyst  within TAPP for just over a year now, and it has been a fantastic experience. My knowledge and application of analytics has improved greatly, as well as my confidence in conveying this to people outside of the team/department.  I’ve been lucky enough to have worked on a wide breadth of clients, which is really interesting as they all have different needs, from standard weekly reporting, to full on bespoke projects where we can really shape the output of dashboards.

Both the department and particularly the Analytics team are very close knit as well as approachable, and this harbours an amazing environment/atmosphere to work in. Everyone made an effort to help me integrate and feel a part of the team from the get-go, and this has really helped with my confidence and development.  From a company perspective there are numerous social benefits which make it a fun and social place to work. My first year has been great and has absolutely flown by!
