Nous recherchons pour Mindshare, un Digital Account Manager qui sera en charge d'assurer le planning et la coordination du display et digital dans un contexte international.
vous serez notamment en charge de:

  • Développer, planfier et déployer les campagnes digitales pour les divisions ( en déclinaison de la recommandation stratégique globale)
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes en interne et avec le client
  • Management des campagnes au day to day
  • Analyse des campagnes et reporting client
  • Développer les benchmarks pertinents concernant la performance des campagnes
  • Interagir avec le client et les autres interlocuteurs externes

Profil:
Anglais courant requis
Expérience en display/digital media
Expérience dans le secteur du luxe serait un plus.
Excellent communicant
Rigueur et organisation
Bonne maîtrise d'excel
Connaissance des technologies telles qu'Adservers
capacité à travailler avec des équipes multi-culturelles

Principal accountabilities:

    • Develop, plan and execute innovative central digital strategies & campaigns for divisional launches ( as part of overall strategic recommendation)
    • Planning International display media
    • Campaign execution in digital
      • Manage the team & client to traffic and launch campaigns in timely manner
      • Liaise with the Account Team in Paris and Our client production team.
      • Ensure best in class Campaign reporting/optimization to monitor & ensure full media delivery
      • Develop benchmarks based on campaign performance
      • Ad hoc Campaign Global rollup reporting
      • Analysis of client post campaign reports to be reviewed in detail
    • Actively engage with key stakeholders: (Our  client digital client, the team in London/Paris, ...)
    • Actively participate in internal weekly status/reporting calls or in meetings
    • Manage relationships with key media owners & social networks
    • Provide weekly updates to client on digital innovation tailored for Our  client
    • Active participation in building digital Partnerships with key media owners
  • Build strong working relationships with local markets - Maintain constant communication to ensure smooth launch of local campaigns
  • Input into development of campaign digital guidelines ( working in proximity to social media team too & ensuring their coordination)

Key skills & knowledge:

  • The suitable candidate should be an enthusiastic, team player with good social and people management skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Experience in digital / display media across different tactical solutions. Experience with Luxury clients is a plus.
  • Good understanding of local markets in digital – especially for advertising offerings and new opportunities for Luxury advertisers
  • Strong knowledge of ad technologies like Adservers (Sizmek, Doubleclick…), Analytics solutions (Google Analytics, …)
  • Topline knowledge (at minimum) of reporting across media, social and client side.
  • They should also have:
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English & French
    • Attention to detail
    • The ability to manage and execute on multiple tasks
    • The ability to work independently
    • Aptitude and liking for numbers and data. Comfortable with the use of Excel.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills – Must efficiently meet deadline
