Job description:

The Programmatic Account Manager's core roles will be to support the Account Director as well as ownership of allocated accounts and campaigns.

Primary responsibilities will be to manage set-up, delivery and optimisation of multiple campaigns on multiple platforms. Provide analysis and create thoughtful recommendations - backed by data - of new strategies and partnerships that can drive performance and brand KPIs forward.

Work with the wider Horizon team on briefs by leveraging both prior campaign experience and in-depth knowledge of available products and solutions.

Function as a operations expert to clients and deliver case studies and best practise examples

Responsible for training and development of junior members of the team. Client servicing will be direct on owned account/campaigns and as a support role to the Account Director.  People management remit with direct management of Performance Senior/ Executives in the team.

Specifically:

  • A very strong understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem from the buy side (sell side experience would be a bonus)
  • Detailed working knowledge of a major DSP with trading experience and a desire to learn new skills
  • An understanding of how programmatic and non-programmatic delivery works together
  • Experience at pulling data and generating advanced reports and insights
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to make data driven decisions
  • Experience running Travel campaigns would be desirable
  • Strong project management against deadlines
