GroupM | Advertising Inventory Media Assistant Internship
Description
GroupM is looking for a Advertising Inventory Media Assistant Intern to join our GroupM Inventory Office. You will be involved in supporting the data management of all inventory department of the group and you will be taking care of inventory data and data entry.
This will be an engaging role that will require a precision and a solid working method.
Your main tasks will be
• Collaborating with teams and agencies to manage the advertising bookings
• Supporting in managing the Inventory database ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Who you are
• Affinity for numbers, leveraging an analytical approach but also with an open and curious mindset
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to think out of the box
• Organizational skills and the ability to work in high-pressure situations, handling multiple tasks and projects at once
• Teamwork and collaborator who is not afraid to ask questions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• Good in English
