The Ecommerce Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the development and execution of ecommerce marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce marketplace management, media buying, digital media, and marketing tactics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years of agency experience with a focus on ecommerce, as well as experience managing and developing a team. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute ecommerce marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage marketplace relationships and ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Knowledge about media buying efforts across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Identify and implement ecommerce improvement strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing and share knowledge with the team.
Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
