About the role

This is an entry level role in to advertising analytics.  It's a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best, understand how data fits into the echo system, learn more about our tools and systems and get phenomenal with Excel. The role is predominantly data admin-focused where you will make sure data from various sources are consistent and makes sense for planners and client teams. 

With experience this role can grow into more of a cross-market coordination role, work closer with developers and support teams further.

Key Responsibilities

  • managing a competitive reporting tool, updating the system on a monthly basis with competitive information
  • working closely with the different planning teams across the MediaCom global network, evaluating their needs and requirements
  • monitoring and co-ordinating data retrieved from company offices around the world, clients/ client teams, and suppliers' remote web systems
  • cleaning and loading the data using a toolset that we created
  • understanding the data and supporting usage inside the agency
  • quality checking the data in the web tools that we use to deliver data to clients
  • researching client business to gain broader knowledge about the data being loaded and categorised
  • being a 'first line' for resolving any issues raised, escalating and assigning them to either data suppliers or software vendors and eventually tracking them through to resolution using a ticket management process

About you 

As this role is all about getting the data together, making sure it is clean and makes sense for planners and the client teams you will need to be stickler for detail, organisation and love a good spreadsheet. 

Key Skills & Behaviours

  • Good understanding of Excel, ideally pivot tables
  • Great organisational skills and an incredible eye for detail
  • Efficient working style and being able to work to short deadlines
  • Winning can-do attitude
  • Foreign language is an advantage
