Supporting our Global Business Development Partner you would be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our New Business team. Responsibilities include;

  • Ensuring the smooth running of all Global pitch activity, from the development of RFIs, through to the final pitch presentations themselves;
  • Assisting the team on following up leads and qualification of prospects;
  • Monitoring and capturing the status of all client prospects;
  • Providing assistance with the development of internal comms.

Skills Required

  • A good grasp of media agency culture with experience in a media planning or media business development role;
  • A proactive and results driven approach with an enthusiasm to seek out new opportunities;
  • Ability to work well in a team and build strong and productive relationships with all departments in the agency in order to get the best work out of a pitch team;
  • Great organisational skills and can prioritise tasks appropriately;
  • Brilliant time management and confidence to deliver when working under pressure;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Please note, candidates must be happy to embark on international travel for the purpose of this position.
