ACCOUNT OVERVIEW 
OpenMind was recently awarded the ZEUR assignment for Nestle Europe. With 47 countries, +450 team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for an Operations Specialist to support across the categories and product plans. 
 
OVERVIEW OF ROLE: 
We are looking for a Data Governance Manager to join our OpenMind team working closely with our Global Digital Services team. The Data Governance Manager demonstrates strong communication and team management skills to ensure all activity meets Nestle data standards. This role covers all brands and channels and will require regular liaison with the Client, co-ordination with the channel leads as well as reporting internally. Strategically this role is at the heart of our delivery to client and requires a high level of accountability and accuracy. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Manage the UK Nestle naming convention setup ensuring they meet all set criteria.
  • Ensure all channels and activity meet these standards pro-actively and reactively.
  • Liaise with the client on a regular basis covering all new requirements, any errors and ensure effective resolution,
  • Understand the Nestle account across all channels.
  • Provide training and troubleshooting with Claravine or other tools to achieve standards.
  • Collaboration with Operations, Technology, GDS and Data Management to ensure naming conventions are fit for purpose.
  • Working closely with the GDS team, identifying issues, and finding solutions.
  • Working closely with the internal local market teams as their data governance expert.
  • Working collaboratively with the OpenMind team to proactively find solutions.
  • Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 
YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: 
  • Significant and relevant experience within an Operations or Account / Campaign Management function (ideally with knowledge of data management, naming convention management, troubleshooting).
  • Advanced use of Excel and capability to analyse complex data sets.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to train others and encouraging knowledge sharing across team.
  • Process-driven with ability to set, monitor and support existing workflows.
  • Strong accountability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to manage workload and pressure in a fast environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively and manage expectations across all stakeholder levels.
