The Digital Operations Manager is primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of all digital campaigns across relevant MEC Global Solutions EMEA clients.

Managing a team of Operations executives, you will coach, mentor and evolve the team’s skills and capabilities to ensure that MEC Global has the best in class Ad Operations processes, tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Leading & managing the Digital Operations Team in facilitating the uploading of digital advertising campaigns into third party ad-serving software
  • Communicating with clients and digital publishers, and proactively troubleshooting problems
  • Maintaining a consistent, best in class, system of Digital Operations customer services, documented workflows, best practices, processes and proactive communications with all internal and external customers
  • Lead partnerships with relevant internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensuring the Digital Operations team services are consistently reviewed and enabled to meet and exceed the requirements of our customers

Leadership & management

  • Coach, mentor and empower all members of the Operations team to ensure they fulfil and exceed their potential 
  • Lead and inspire a high performing, customer service focused team culture and ethic with all team members & stakeholders

What we are looking for in you:

  • Knowledge of Ad-servers from a Publisher or Advertiser side – from both an ongoing campaign management and primary implementation perspective
  • Investigation, documentation and resolution of technical issues
  • Structured quality assurance testing of campaigns
  • Ability to produce tracking & conversion stratgies to meet and exceed client goals
  • Working knowledge of web advertising concepts, commercial relationships, media cost structures & campaign management technologies
  • Excellent Excel skills 
  • A passion for problem solving and the ability to multitask
  • Highly motivated with a “can-do” attitude 
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of Ad Ops professionals and their services to customers
