Platform Support Analyst

We are looking for a driven, organised and tech driven candidate to work for MediaCom. The successful candidate will provide first-line support and user acceptance testing (UAT) for MediaCom employees on a global scale.

About the role

This is a key entry level role on a central global team based in London, managing a global data/tech platform for our employees around the globe. This role provides an opportunity for the candidate to be exposed to range of tasks and technology, while interacting with a key set of global stakeholders. Reporting to the Product Lead and the Technical team, the role will be a first line support and testing role, using internal systems to help global users get the best out of the global platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking of existing bugs and management/coordination with 3rd party support
  • Reporting of ongoing issues via dashboard analytics
  • Communication of issues to internal stakeholders
  • Working with internal stakeholders for problem resolution
  • Coordination with central product team on testing
About you 
Key Skills & Behaviours

We are looking for an energetic and detailed candidate, who is interested in the new and different. Being comfortable with a technical environment is a benefit, but no coding skills are required. Having some knowledge of the media industry is a bonus, but the right candidate can pick that up throughout their development in the role. An analytical thinker with an eye for detail will thrive in the role.
