About the Digital Operations Team: 

Digital Operations is part of the Client Solutions EMEA Performance team and is responsible for clients, generally within the EMEA regions. Digital Operations provide full ad operations services to all Wavemaker clients, from post-planning to campaign implementation, maintenance and reporting. Digital Operations provide 1st and 3rd party conversion tracking and web-analytics services to ensure holistic campaign performance from all digital channels.

Objectives of the role: 

The Performance Executive within Digital Operations is primarily responsible for the management of digital campaigns across EMEA clients. As a member of the team, you will ensure that we have the best in class Ad Operations processes, tools and technologies to deliver against client & Wavemaker strategies.

You will be a primary point of contact for your clients and internal customers alike so as to better understand their needs and to offer consultancy around the optimal level of Ad Operations services & support, including but not limited to: user journey tracking, interfacing with DMPs, tracking viewability, verification and other important issues facing a truly digital agency.

Ad Operations and the data it generates is core to our Digital and Data strategy and this pivotal role also supports the driving forward of the agency’s ability to offer our clients the best service.

Key responsibilities:

Campaign Management
  • Take responsibility for the implementation and trafficking of mediacampaigns within 3rd Party Ad Serving programs, liaising where required with partners such as Atlas, DoubleClick, and Sizmek etc.
  • Ensure all campaigns have been tagged appropriately for accurate tracking 
  • Be the primary operational contact 

 Customer Service

  • Support the Digital Operations Team in maintaining a consistent, best in class, system of Ad Operations customer services, documented workflows, best practices, processes and proactive communications with all internal and external customers

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for digital advertising and ad ops
  • Must possess a passion for problem solving, an eye for detail, patience and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent Excel skills - familiarity with the basics of data manipulation and digital advertising reporting
  • Highly motivated with a “can-do” attitude
  • Organised, detail & process oriented approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
