Mindshare is a leading global marketing and media services network with billings in excess of £23billion worldwide.  The network consists of 97 offices in 67 countries throughout the USA, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific; each dedicated to forging competitive marketing advantage for businesses and their brands.

At Mindshare, we always try to place the consumer at the very heart of everything we do. We ‘get to know them’. We understand their habits, their motivations, their attitudes and behaviours. We can tell where they’ll be at a given time, what they’re reading, what they’re watching or listening to. Furthermore, we appreciate that they no longer just want interruption and transmission; today’s consumer responds to a brand that engages with them on a deeper level, starts a dialogue and tells them the stories they want to hear in a way most relevant to their lives. A brand that becomes part of their consciousness.

That’s why we are striving to be so much more than just a ‘media agency’ (not that there is anything wrong with that). We try to help galvanise all the different stakeholders in the marketing process. We get to know the different audiences for our clients’ brands and help them find the best way to speak directly to their consumers. We keep both eyes on the future – we were the first media agency to have a digital department – to help sort the fads from the vital new tools in the media arsenal, as well as help clients decide what not to do.

We want to help our clients to be more creative, infectious and engaging while maximising their resources. We’ve invested heavily in new skills and future facing capabilities for achieving more accountability and creativity for our clients.

Critically, Mindshare brings together all these capabilities into one seamlessly integrated offer.  In short, we help make the complex simple.

Mindshare’s culture can best be described by our four values: Passion, Fresh, Tenacious and Connected. These values guide all our activities including our approach to business, structure, recruitment and training.
