Un charisme, une présence capable de porter un groupe de luxe de premier plan dans sa stratégie de communication plurimédias à l’international :

– 10/15 ans d’expérience en agence à l’international
– Expérience des médias On et Offline, digital, social, search…
– Expérience des marchés asiatiques
– Bilingue anglais, multiculturalisme
– Expérience du luxe et passion pour ce secteur
– Management d’une équipe
– Apte à challenger un client déjà très présent sur le digital
– Apporteur(se) de solutions, dynamique et créatif(ve)

We are looking for someone to be an invaluable and trusted business partner to clients and who:
• Truly understands the luxury sector and specific client needs
• Knows when to involve senior leadership and specialists from other functions
• Has the ability to balance the conflicting interests of different clients and regions (globally, locally, procurement, financial, etc.) in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner
• Manages overall scope of work and ensure balance between client and agency needs
• Ensures the right people are in place to oversee alignment and quality of global and local media strategy as well as flawless execution of media deliverables
• Sets standards for delivery and holds appropriate team members accountable for overall quality control
• Has overall quality control including identification and resolution of any issues before they become major issues
• Brings a Systems Thinking mindset to the client and team and establishes the earlier involvement of MediaCom within the strategic planning process
• Oversees/understands the whole planning process; from audience insight to planning and execution
• Manages the business to insure commercial success for the agency, managing revenues and meeting revenue targets
• Ensures contractual commitments are met
• Ensures client needs/reporting are met
• Introduces new ideas and ways of working
• Provides inspirational mentoring and frequent feedback about job performance in addition to yearly appraisals – both for central and local key people/star performers
• Is an inspirational and motivational lead. Actively promote team achievements with clients and internally
• Understands how to navigate the network and develop the right connections within the network across markets, regions and functions
