Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical, skilled and capable Business Intelligence Director to join the team, working across two new and exciting accounts for the agency; Toyota and Lexus.

This is a Pan European role based at the central client HQ offices in Zaventem, Brussels.

We have several agency personnel “embedded” at this HQ location who work as an extension of our &Partnership dedicated creative and media hub office, just off Rathbone Place, in London. Your role will be to work alongside the client marketing teams of both brands to help them navigate business, media and performance data. You will also be required to attend internal client meetings to translate audience or product information into usable insights for client and agency teams alike. Naturally, the London team are regular weekly visitors to Brussels and you will have constant interaction with them, plus visits in the opposite direction to London to connect with the agency team.

You must work efficiently and proactively, able to solve questions that clients might not be asking yet and finding clear insightful answers among available datasets. You must be comfortable as an “extension” of the client marketing team in a relatively formal office environment.

This role combines technical ability in data manipulation, report development, account management and analytical techniques with communication of findings and insights to team members and clients, along with creative flair for visualising and presenting data in an inspiring way.

Experience Required

Ideally you already have experience across both offline and online channels. Knowledge and passion for data to fuel marketing thinking would be critical, with experience in Auto also preferred.

This is a great role for an analyst with 5+ years’ experience who wants to develop reporting and analytics approaches and wants to get directly involved in their interpretation and application.

  • Passionate about the Automotive Industry & the move away from Diesel
  • People Management – ideally managed a small team previously
  • Experience with Programmatic Buying & DMP Data Onboarding – Xaxis, Lotame, AppNexus, Experian, Eyeota, Liveramp/Axciom
  • Training – experience in training & knowledge sharing
