As our entry level role, the Journey Executive sits within our Journey Delivery function but works across all areas of the business from Journey Design through to Journey Activation. This is to ensure you get a comprehensive exposure to all parts of the business and get to learn the brilliant basics of Wavemaker. The Journey Delivery team sit at the heart of the business therefore giving you the best chance to experience all the varied types of work we perform.
The Journey Executive’s role will be a combination of learning and assisting across the various teams:
You will work with the Journey Designers, Journey Makers and Journey Activation to learn and understand the day to day basics of the role. You will be assisting each of the teams in some of the basics from competitor reporting and data insights with the Journey Design team through workflow management and reporting with the Journey Delivery Team and the basics of activating campaigns using tools and systems as well drafting the plans with the Journey Activation team.
- Running and analysing a number of reports for the Journey Design team including competitor reports, Pathways, Touchpoints, TGI etc
- Assisting in the drafting parts of the initial response to briefs based on insights, tools and learnings
- Sourcing new information relating to the category, brand or customer to provide inputs into the purchase journey
- Updating status reports
- Assisting with agency partner coordination; chasing creative, providing plans etc
- Assisting with client financial processes e.g. PO trackers
- Learning and using activation tools e.g. SalesEdge, AV Fusion, Comscore
- Drafting activation plans
- Running delivery reports on campaigns and coordinating with Journey Delivery on feedback to clients
- Meeting with Media Partners to understand their offerings and opportunities
