Job Title: Senior Account Executive 
 
Salary Bracket: £28,000 - £32,000 (plus commission for client retention and growth) 
 
Location: London area 
 
Working Model: Hybrid; Office based in Holborn

Role Overview: As a Senior Account Executive at The Goat Agency, you will be a crucial member of our client servicing team, responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with our valued clients. Collaborating closely with renowned brands, you'll work alongside a team of passionate professionals who share your commitment to excellence in social media marketing and influencer-driven campaigns. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a contact for assigned clients, understanding their objectives, and offering customised solutions to meet their marketing needs.
  • Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to data-driven and innovative social media and influencer marketing strategies, aiming to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Campaign Support: Work closely with the campaign delivery team to ensure smooth campaign execution, overseeing project management, and coordinating with internal teams, influencers, and external partners.
  • Performance Optimization: Apply your expertise in performance marketing to optimise campaigns, monitor key metrics, and provide data-backed insights for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment, assisting in fostering teamwork among account managers and coordinators.
  • Client Relationship Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding existing client relationships and contribute to new business growth through upselling and referrals.
 
Requirements: 
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
  • Performance Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated success in performance marketing, showcasing an understanding of social media analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Influencer Marketing: Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, including the identification and management of influencers for campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Team Support: Experience in supporting and collaborating with teams, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Client Focus: A dedication to delivering excellent client service and building enduring client relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
