Our People and Culture team is at the heart of this statement and we're looking to hire a people team coordinator who will help us be the only agency that talented people want to work for.

About the role:

This is a brand new opportunity in our London People team, based in our uber-slick Holborn HQ on Theobald's Road.  The team is well resourced and you'll be working alongside 3 people co-coordinators, 1 HR apprentice and 1 HR advisor, reporting into the HR advisor.

First and foremost you'll be our first point of contact for queries face to face, by phone and email to the business.  We'll rely on you to track all visas and manage the process for sponsoring employees on our GroupM sponsor license and be responsible for referencing and completing relevant background checks for new starters and promotions.  We'll also get you involved in the new joiner and leaver processes as well as helping get people up and running with our core HR systems.

Our team are also continually looking for ways to raise the profile of P&C so we’ll give you plenty of opportunity to be involved in our projects and initiatives so you build your exposure and experience in turn. 

We’ll look for you to find new ways in which we can improve the way we work so one of the key aspects of this role will be for you to handle a fast moving, constantly changing environment with a smile!  This role is central to maintaining a cohesive and positive working environment within the P&C team, so being hands on and ready to help with whatever comes up is essential.

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally you’ll have some experience in a similar HR, People or Talent role however attitude and behaviours are key.  We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential as you’ll be hands-on with our employee documents and HR systems from day one.  You need to be comfortable with Office, especially PPT and Excel and while CIPD qualifications aren’t essential, it would be beneficial if you are on your way to getting these under your belt.

It would be perfect if you’ve had some exposure to a similar media, marketing or creative agency, but we’re more interested in you as a person and what you feel you can bring to the role, team and business.
