Account management

  • Good understanding of how the agency, clients and external partners/suppliers function
  • Regular senior client contact and relationship Implementation of a strategic approach to a client’s business
  • Responsibility for online campaigns, including reconciliation and forecasting
  • Ensure quality output of strategy, results, and competitive/industry updates
  • Coordination and oversight of results presentation ensuring insight and application of knowledge

Media strategy, planning and buying

  • Be an expert in defining the role of Digital and articulating online strategies
  • Solid understanding of how other media channels operate and the role of digital within this mix
  • Adhere to Digital team and client-specific process while identifying areas of potential development
  • Work directly with clients to hit business targets
  • Have strong, mutually respected relationships with MediaCom offices and media owners
  • Be proficient in briefing MediaCom offices and/or media owners and centralising responses
  • Incorporate testing and innovation where appropriate, constantly evolving the offerings to clients
  • Coordination of media recommendations to varying objectives using historical results and showing expertise in planning and buying across a range of metrics and channels
  • Manage regular reporting and analysis of campaigns
  • Ensure MediaCom process is adhered to in achieving timely delivery of recommendations, buying reviews and reporting
Network & Collaboration
  • Aid in training and development of the team, while showing the ability to delegate up as well as down
  • Act of part of a team ensuring media implementation is undertaken in collaboration with colleagues

  • Development of media innovations throughout all clients within the team
  • Must be developing a business sense and a commercial understanding
  • Understanding the impact of online channels on how we can drive a clients’ business forward
Personal Skills
  • Previous experience in a media agency or digital agency is ideal
