Position at Mediacom

We require all PSA teams (Peugeot, Citroen and DS) to take responsibility for the outcomes the media investment is expected to generate. The Systems Analytics group is responsible for empowering our team with planning tools that are calibrated to business outcome, to support central local planning teams in their responses to briefs and to provide support to local teams as they develop their monthly performance reports.

Specifically this will involve taking responsibility for managing issues with the supply of data to PSA’s econometric and budgeting agency – Ekimetrics - for the main G7 markets.

Additionally, the role will involve working with the Data Planning Director and the Systems Analyst AD to pull together monthly performance and planning recommendation summaries across the G7 markets.

Ekimetrics are also tasked with defining and allocating budgets across markets, brands and models at certain points in the year. MediaCom’s role in that is to provide the data to enable them to deliver this challenge, and to work with Ekimetrics to ensure that their recommendations are fit for purpose. SO this role will in part be to source and supply appropriate data to Ekimetrics and to the PSA.

The team will also drive efficient and effective decision making by ensuring best practice learnings are captured and reapplied.

To deliver this, we need a Systems Analytics Manager to work at the heart of the MediaCom team who will guide planning & investment decisions and monitor results with a view to deliver agility and better business results.

The analyst will liaise with our local data and analytics teams to ensure we apply the network tools, supply data and information to our partner agencies, and inform the local clients with the monitored performance.

All members of the Systems Analytics group will need to be highly numerate with appreciation of the levers that media can work with to drive business outcomes.
