About the Role
GroupM is seeking a skilled Web Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the performance and digital presence of our clients' websites and e-commerce solutions. Your analytical skills will be crucial in measuring and optimizing various aspects of online platforms. The insights you generate will directly influence strategic decisions, shaping our clients' digital trajectory.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Implement, audit, and optimize technologies such as Google Analytics 360, GA4, Consent Mode, CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, and server-side tagging.
  • Leverage Power BI or Looker Studio for data analysis, validation, and visualization to uncover valuable insights.
  • Understand business objectives and provide data-driven consultation to decision-makers.
  • Formulate hypotheses to boost business KPI’s and collaborate with Analytics Engineers to determine data collection requirements.
  • Enhance data transparency and accessibility, enabling rapid adaptation of products to meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with your data peers to collectively enhance analytics.

Job Requirements  

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, digital business, leads or sales processes.
  • Degree in Business Studies, Mathematics or Statistics, Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, validation, and visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytics toolchains like Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Confidence in independently consulting various stakeholder groups.
  • Understanding of Ad Served tracking mechanisms, including Campaign Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in using SQL queries for efficient data modeling and analysis.
  • Expertise in customer journey optimization, funnel/conversion optimization, E-Commerce, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in using Python/R for data processing and visualization.
  • Knowledgeable about ETL processes.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is strongly preferred.
